    Interface SpokeAssetArgs

    add_asset_to_spoke / edit_asset_in_spoke payload: the per-(hub, spoke, asset) risk config. Caps are asset-native i128 decimal strings and are always enforced ceilings — there is no "unlimited" sentinel, and '0' means the asset accepts nothing on that side. ltv/threshold/bonus/liquidationFees are bps. Oracle config is asset-level on the price-aggregator, not per-spoke.
